Wendy's

First atmosphere went to the restroom clean. Dining area few people sitting down eating their lunch. The floors in the restaurant where immaculate. Service great food piping hot. One note I would like to add. When you get a combo the french fries are automatically small. You have to ask for a large if you want that with your combo.

Unfortunately Wendy's Baconator was a hard pill to swallow. As a customer of Wendy's you expect to have great customer service and great food but on 7/17 /19 I was highly disappointed let down by the Wendy's Corporation only because I pay for a great burger that you advertise and I get this. Came to have lunch with a few friends and enjoy the day unfortunately I was very nervous... made myself upset and sick because I felt something was done to this burger after re fixing this burger. as a young man with dreads stood at the counter, who was supposed to be in the back... waiting for me to take a bite.... made it so very suspicious that something was done to this Berger.... I pray to God that I don't have the ugly spirit bestowed upon me from the management and cook team at this Wendy's on Whittlesey Road in Columbus Georgia. I tried to get my friends to switch burgers with me because I was feeling really bad about eating this re cooked Berger... but through prayer I got through it but it's sad to have that type of feeling at a fast food restaurant that stands for greatness..... your Associates bring it down to a ""whatever standard"" very upset because this is one of the reasons why I don't care for fast food because you never know what people do to your food after you complain.... you have to complain because pay $10 I did not get a receipt and the burger was called the Baconator and the standard is to take one piece of bacon and crumble it into three pieces and charge you $10 for the meal.. wow!

This place looks pretty damn good on the inside since they've remodeled it. It is extremely clean and open. The staff was really friendly and the service is super fast. By the time I ordered and payed for my meal...my food was ready. I don't even think I waited for 45 seconds. The food was also delicious! I also like the fact they have one of those coke machines that can create 120 different flavors.
