Not a bad experience at all. The restaurant was not crowded, the service was excellent. I cannot speak to the overall food as I had only an appetizer (but it was quite good!), my wife enjoyed the. Surf and turf. The drinks were good, and the service exceptional. We were seated immediately. We found the place somewhat by accident as the two restaurants we had planned on dining in were full and had long waits. The restaurant indoors was clean, not terribly fancy. Will definitely come back, and it is kid friendly (several tables were occupied by families).

This place has the best Mexican food in all of Columbus. I recommend this place highly. Not only is the food authentic truly but it’s quick and on point service that accompanies it. If you can trust a review, trust this one and come here. I recommend this place over the others.

I would like to give a review but we were never served. We were seated by a friendly greeter, given menus and was ignored by wait staff. We sat for 15 minutes and left. Went to Vallarta's and was greeted, and given complimentary salsa and chips within 2 mins. of being seated. It was not crowded. Hope others have a better experience.

What a gem in the middle of a road trip. Our server was busy but we never felt unattended. Salsa was fresh and food was good! Margarita was one of the best I've ever had

Food good, especially guacamole and tacos, salsa slightly spicy but somewhat bland. Menu typical of Mexican restaurants but waiter said discontinued some items. Blue background on menu made it difficult to read in low light. Fast service.

Am I missing something, I mean how is this place still operational? Substandard "mexican" food at best. EXTREMELY overpriced for what you get. I got the grilled bowl with shrimp and chicken and it was just down right terrible. Shrimp where obviously frozen, overcooked and tasted like they were old. The bowl is like $15+. Will not be back to the blue iguana. P.S. stailed chips and watery salsa.

Service was good but…..Didnt really like the food too well didnt have good flavor or anything like traditional mexican foods and way overpriced for the foods and there was a roach crawling on the wAll near tables never will i go back now i see why its never packed
