This is the third and probably the last time we will order from this PJ’s. Every time there is something wrong with our order or they’ve forgotten something. This time they forgot to cut it (the photo is when my husband was cutting it) and it wasn’t cooked all the way through. We even asked for well done but it wasn’t even regular done. We also paid for extra sauces and they didn’t include them.

We ordered 60.00 worth the pizza that arrived cold and delivered by a rude driver. My pizzas were not sealed nor in a hot bag. My wife and I tried calling the manager 12 times between the both of us until they said closed and never got a manager and was hung up on! I have never ever received such horrible service and horrible customer service! Never will I ever order from them again! I will be going in the morning to have my money refunded!

The manager lady was very courteous and compassionate. I went in for a small pizza at the end of 10-mile bike ride in the middle of a >100-degree day. I asked if she'd be able to refill my water bottle for me because I was dying of thirst, and instead she brought me a whole bottle of water, free of charge. It was such a nice gesture.

Love it! Last time I ordered a pick up order. It was available pickup at time mention on app. The pizza is also great quality. Good get your pizza from Papa John's on Buena Vista road!

Horrible Management, but let me say, the employee Blondie is extremely helpful and awesome! She's the only reason I would visit that store for food anymore.

Just did an order online. The Shaq Pizza. The pizza took longer then expected due too one driver. The pizza was cold. Called and spoke with Manager name Lynn. He asked me to bring the pizza back or wait another hour for a replacement. If that's the case I would have chosen pickup instead. Advised that I would like a refund because I'm working from home. He was not friendly. Said 7-10 business days for a refund then hung up. Wow.

Order took over two hours to be delivered and when it was the entire order was cold with no apology. I can understand being backed up and busy but not delivering hot or edible food is no excuse. Clearly it been sitting for some time out and rushed being made. Why not make it til you could deliver it??? It was already late, not complicated. Tried to contact customer service and they couldn’t even get ahold of their store and had no solution but to fill out a survey and be contacted 48 hours later. I’m in customer service and this is not how you treat a paying customer. If you wouldn’t eat it yourself then don’t deliver it. Skip this business and spend your hard earn money somewhere else that cares and wants to make the customer happy.

The worst customer service experience in have ever encountered there was miscommunication wing my order and I was told by an employee I could be emailed a invoice and that the manager would call when he came into to discuss the matter However he didn't I had to call them back to only be told that he can't send me a invoice I am so displeased and disappointed bc papa John's is normally our choice for pizza but not anymore

I am gonna start by saying...It takes a LOT for me to write a bad review or complain in general, and doesn’t take much for me to leave a good review on a place as long as there is good customer service. This was the first time I have ever ordered from this store. Start to finish it took them almost two hours to make and deliver one pizza. I got concerned when the delivery driver hadn’t shown up after watching the tracker sit on delivery for 30 minutes. The store is only 1.7 miles from my location. I call the store and I am immediately placed on hold, she then picks up and says she is going to place me on hold to get in touch with the delivery driver. A couple minutes go by and the delivery driver shows up, I’m still on hold and I told the delivery girl what was going on. Her phone is right in front of her and it is not ringing, she does not speak to anyone from the store. I check my pizza out and somehow it is soggy but burnt on the outside. I hang up and call the store back and get hung up on. I call again, get hung up on. Call again and the same woman picks up the phone again. I explain to her what is going on and ask her why my pizza is the way it is. She tells me I asked for well done. And I have to explain to her what well done means. My pizza should not be soggy and falling apart but definitely not burnt. She tells me to send the pizza back to the store and she will resend out a new one, that I assume will take another 2 hours to turn out bad since she was full of excuses and offered nothing else. Now I am just waiting to see how this next pizza turns out. �
