Always good. Cooked to order, everything was fresh. Staff was busy but very helpful. Stopped what they were doing to assist me every time I came to the counter. I had the 5pc tender combo.

The absolute best example of a Zaxby's I've been to. The lady to take my order was so kind and courteous. The food was prepared to order and was hot. The restaurant was very clean, bathroom included. Fantastic dining experience from this Zaxby's.

The salad was yummy! It’s the only thing I love here because the chicken is sooo crispy. But please give more FRESH lettuce... not the reddish, soggy looking ones.

Zaxby have good food when it's make right Everytime I come in it's ALWAYS something wrong with my order. I asked for no season on my fries. But clearly they put it on there anyway. Order accuracy needs to be addressed.

The lady at the drive thru window Ms Mary, was excellent. She was sooo friendly and courteous. The food was hot and great. I will definitely go back.

Normally my orders are right and the food is excellent but this time it was not. I don't know if it was new staffing or what but I didn't receive what I paid for.
