It's a nice cozy place with great customer service. That being said, although they can do cappuccinos, they DO NOT have a substitute for whole milk (I asked the cashier and SHE said they didn't have any substitute)...If you are lactose intolerant, this is not the coffee shop for you, or you end up doing what I had to do, drink it black. They have a small food menu, but what they do have is really good. Space is very limited, so if you're planning on doing an outing with more than three people, you may have problems trying to enjoy your food inside the shop. Their coconut pound cake was very good tho. I don't know that I'll come back, it's a little out of my way and the two cons I mentioned push me to go somewhere else.

The best customer service experience I've had at a coffee shop. It's very homey and I got to talk to all of the workers and owners personally getting to know them a little. Literally everything in the shop is scratch made and that is something you really don't find anymore so I'm definitely going back. All I got was coffee this visit but I'll be back again for more soon.
