So normally this store is goid on food. The service has always been abysmal at best, but my visit Saturday was horrible. The burgers were raw. When I went back with said burgers and spoke to the manager she said so you want your money back. I mean that's fine, but say something as to why or at least look shocked. I don't think she even wanted to Apologize, but as I'm walking out I hear "sorry about that"!

I eat here all the time. It is close to my job. Service is quick and friendly. I always order thru the app. I love the cheap deals you can create. My go to lunch is choosing the Free Large Fries with any purchase and add to it a large sweet tea and a McChicken. You get a whole meal for $3.09 where I live. Great value! I’m a fan!

Order is hardly ever correct. And I just about always have to walk inside to get my child's drink or to correct the meal. Least favorite location in Columbus.
I will say, I've never met anyone with a bad attitude. They are in good spirit but they often mess up orders.
They do not answer the phones.

As someone who just left working McDonald’s’s 9 months ago, this place blew me away. Came in the drive thru at 1:40, line movement was steady, order taker was a young man who read me back my order before completing it and before ringing me up at the first window. Lady at the second window had my double cheese burger and even PERFECTED my Iced Coffee. My burger was made to standard with excellent building on the line persons part. Overall, workers during this shift seem focused on getting the job done the right way rather than making short cuts. Keep up the good work!!!

Everything is good until I got my smoothie which is literally 3/4 of a cup only. I told the lady to fill it up just a bit more and she send as to the parkingspsce. 5mins I called the store that way I can give them a reminder that somebody is waiting but they just answer the phone and hang up on me. So after 10min ., I went inside the store so I can get my smoothie,, no one really even think especially that girl that hand me that drink . But She asked what’s the size of my drinks and that flavor.. after I told her, she laughs at me and just very rude. I told her ‘ it’s not funny”. It’s ridiculous!!! Train your employees well to be honest and be KIND.

I went here today after picking my kids up from school and the lady who was taking orders and payments in the drive-thru was so sweet and had excellent customer service skills. Normally when we go to a fast food restaurant the staff sound down or try to rush us with our order and lack customer service but the lady here didn't do anything like that, she was patient especially with my kids changing what they wanted lol and was a pleasant person. The cook who made the food also did an excellent job, normally when my son gets a hamburger, they barely put any ketchup or pickles on it but they actually gave the correct amount and took the time to make it aesthetically pleasing. The order was also very fast. Overall, it was a great experience and we will be making this our go to McDonald's in the future!

Simple order, egg McMuffin and sausage McMuffin and 2 hash browns. Drive up, only 1 hash browns. Asked for 2nd and told rudely "you got what you paid for" and "if you want another you have to pay for it" Fine, give me another. She opened window and practically tossed the bag at me, ignoring my proffered card. Get home and have a sausage biscuit with cheese and another sausage McMuffin with egg. Just how difficult is it to take and fill a simple order?

Ordered a double quarter pounder meal got a single. The fries were soogy undercooked. When I called to complain. They expected me to drive back with the food to be replaced.
They mess up the order and want me to waste more time and gas just to swap food? FOH!
