First time in. This location sits by 2 other sub shops, normally go 2 Penn Station. Pleasantly surprised. They didn't hear me say no onions. Apologized and remade it with a smile and thanked me for my patience. I am not holding that against them. Honest mistake, quickly addressed with no attitude but courtesy instead. I will be back.

I ask for no onions and they put them on there the remade me sub. The girl that took my order was new but all I'm all it was great food can't really be mad at the new kid she was trying and to see young kids working is a great thing.

Let's put it this way and I'll get straight to the point. Subway needs to announce. My brother and I jokingly say when somebody need to announce, it means they are old and tired and time to retire. Subway need to announce they shutting it down because Jersey Mike's is the TRUTH. Like it's not even close. They straight changing the game and flipping the script on what a fresh high quality, tons of meat sub should be. Jersey Mike's is so good, they could raise the price by a couple dollars and they would STILL go up in the polls. #FACTS

Love this location! Always a good experience. Great hot subs, plenty of seating inside, and friendly staff. It's a busy location so there can be a wait, but I've never waited longer than a few minutes to be helped.

The staff is always very welcoming and friendly and the subs are amazing. When I've placed pickup orders online everything is always correct (and even though I'm just picking up, I am still always greeted with a smile).
