Burger King

Well I just had to try the “Impossible Whopper” (new plant based alternative). I can honestly say, I can’t tell the difference, but was equally as good as beef. “Jermaine” took my order and was very courteous helping me complete my order. My food arrived with little wait. I’ve never been to this location, but would consider returning again. I recommend you stop on in and give this healthier option a try. 👍👍😁

Just drove through drive through this morning and when I arrived home 5 minutes later, I looked at my Sausage and cheese croissandwich and saw it was old. I had ordered 2 and both were smashed in and old. The hashbrowns were also old because some of them were crumbs. I called the store to complain and asked what they can do about it. They told me they can make me new croissants. Well, I told them, no thank you. I have diarrhea and stomach cramps and not feeling good since I tried eating half of one of the croissant. I will let corporate know as soon as I feel better.

Stay away from this location poor customer service. Stopped here last night to get my grandbabies something to eat. I also ordered a whopper value meal the meat was under cooked, when I returned the sandwich I was verbally and physically assaulted at the drive thru by the manager Lynn She cussed me out and balled up the receipt and threw it at me not wanting to give me a refund. She could have put my eye out or even worse hit one of my grand babies. Then when I went to report this to the store Manager Scott he is trying to uphold her in her actions. I have filed a complaint with the Coperate office. it was very traumatic for my granddaughter as well as myself. She was horrified when we pulled into another Burger King later. I have not received any type of apology from these people. And I can't reach anyone in management or the franchise owners
