Hibachi Express

Super fast service and they were extremely busy. Drive-thru only at 8:40pm and they close at 9pm. They had someone outside with a tablet taking orders because the line was so long. This really did help to speed up the process and keep everyone moving. Job well done! The food was delicious as it always is and it was still hot by the time I made it home 20-25 min later. I will say the proportions have definitely been cut WAY back. I always get a side of rice (didn't get a picture before it was gone) so I can share it between 2 littles and normally I will have more than enough leftover for my lunch the next day...... Unfortunately that is no longer the case. I will have find something else for lunch😢. I opened the container and couldn't believe they only put what looked like 2 scoops of fried rice in that big white to go container, it barely covered the bottom of the box and normally it is close to full. My dumplings hit the spot and the steak bowl wasn't as full as it usually is either. We will not let this 1 bad experience stop us from eating there again soon but they have 2 more chances then I AM DONE GIVING THEM MY HARD EARNED MONEY! 3 strikes and you're out.

Food is usually good with the added Yum Yum sauce. I have seen parts of the kitchen and it looks pretty gross at times. Also they make you sign a receipt that no other drive-thrus do. I will still visit occasionally, I just wish it looked better so I have confidence in the food. They have also been closed on the inside for a while, just like Zaxbys next door.

The food is ok, has a homemade taste to it and they give you plenty of food, but something about it makes me feel that this place is not sanitary so I didn’t finish my meal, and after reading the reviews I guess I was right. I love the fact that they have a drive-thru and service is quick but I will not be going back, my health is more important than a quick meal.

Went through the drive through, and inside the place it looks so disgusting! They have some sort of sheet up so you cant see the full kitchen, bc im sure its just as gross as what you can see behind the drive through window! They scoop everything out of buckets! Nothing is fresh!! Just the look of the place was enough for me to drive off and not get my food! Ew

Coming out of the pandemic is difficult for many families and businesses. This appears to be the issue for this restaurant. This has been one of my favorite restaurants to purchase meals from for 10+ years. This is no longer the case. My wife purchased two meals for us one month ago that did not meet their standards. And tonight 6/25/2022 failed to meet the mark once again. I purchased three hibachi chicken entrees. We received plenty of food like normal. And the prices are very reasonable. BUT the yum yum sauce was watery, suggesting that it had been sitting out beyond the suggested time. That scared me. I threw them in the garbage. And to have to request napkins and eating utensils from the DRIVE THRU is a policy that does not make common sense. I spent $30+ for "to go" plates and the business cannot place the appropriate number of eating utensils and a couple of napkins per plate??? Their policy is to provide you with one yum yum sauce per plate. Your policy should should be the same for eating utensils & napkins, too. There is another restaurant closer to my home serving a very similar menu. I have eaten there before. It's good. However, I try to be loyal to the establishments that have proven/show they appreciate your hard-earned $$$. Now my family's hands are forced to take our patronage elsewhere.

This place has always had delicious food. The prices are on point and you dont leave hungry. I've always been a fan of the steak Teriyaki bowl with a chicken eggroll on the side. It's always been fresh, hot, and delicious. The staff is always super friendly and they do a great job of keeping the place clean. I recommend anyone to give this place a try if you like this style of food.
