This place was a GEM. We were headed to a concert and looked up local pubs close by. The atmosphere was great, and the food was amazing. We can't wait to come back.

Originally ordered takeout and it was very bad (one star worthy). Was given a $50 gift card by Ethyl & Tank to give them a second try. The food we received dining in was miles better than the takeout we previously had. Aside from a long hair in my burger and a hornet randomly chilling in our booth, we were glad we gave them a second chance.

Surprisingly great food! I just ended up at Ethyl & Tank for an event, but was pleasantly surprised by how tasty all the food was! We tried the fried chicken, the quesadillas (chicken and veggie), and the waffle fries and I would go back for any of them.

Staff is super attentive and food service is so quick! Definitely gives a country music vibe during the day. Nachos are a lil baked for my taste but their guac is amazing!!
