I'm new to reducing meat in my diet and the staff was ridiculously accommodating. I didn't order my entire meal meatless and the young lady at the window made sure to get it corrected without me having to ask.
On top of the great service, the kitchen staff made the meal extremely well. Couldn't have asked for a better fast food experience. No cap.

This is a typical fast food restaurant. We go to them for consistency in the menu and food quality. There were only 3 workers on staff; 1 at the drive up, 1 cooking and 1 taking orders up front. There was a sign on the front door saying they had staffing issues. Plus I was informed there would be a slight delay due to # of orders ahead of mewhen I placed my order. They were a well oiled machine. Busy but still with time to smile & chat. Food was hot and good. Keep up the good work!

Taco Bell Staff:
Each time I tried posting to Taco Bell, I somehow would lose the Posts.
I am trying once more, as I am not a quitter.
A bit of background about myself. I am a Disabled, Senior Citizen, Grandmother.
I was clueless how Taco Bell conducted business. The minute that I walked up to the counter, right or wrong, Taco Bell was Welcoming. Both the Attendant and the Manager was assisting me, simultaneously.
They both were so Kind, Attentive, Efficient, just Amazing Individuals. To top it off, I was helped to my car, as my food was carried out by the ( 2) Taco Bell Attendants.
Why do I mention all of this. Most times when frequenting other restaurants, especially fast food ones, after making your payment, you'll immediately receive your bags of food. Maybe a quick Thank you, if you are Lucky. From that moment on, you are on your on.
The Attendant will go as far as yell past you, Disrespectfully, NEXT PLEASE.
It doesn't matter if you have a Purse in One Hand and your Walking Cane in the other. Dropping items in full sight.
So now you must figure out how you are going to manage all of the above mentioned items and the 2 - 3 Bags, of Food to the Parking Lot.
TACO BELL, YOUR SOUGHT AFTER SENSITIVITY, FANTASTIC TASTING CUISINE, QUICK, SHARP, ERRORLESS SERVICE IS MUCH APPRECIATED ! ! !

I have been a long standing loyal customer of Taco Bell, but my experience yesterday may change that completely! I was going to one of my local Taco Bell Restaurants here in NYC as I had received a promotion via email. I got to the location, opened up the Taco Bell App & placed my order. I inquired with the Taco Bell Manager if the offer would be automatically added to my order, when he pointed out that my order was not sent to the current location I was at, but to another Taco Bell Restaurant MILES & MILES away, in a completely different city & state! I was like, WHAT??? So I tried to cancel the order, but was not able to. So I tried calling Taco Bell Customer Service, where after punching in different prompts....it was seriously convoluted just how many prompts I had to go through, only in the end for the call to be dropped. This happened about 3 or 4 times, so I finally gave up reaching a live person in customer service. The Taco Bell manager even tried to reach them, but with no success. So then I tried going through both the website & the App for help, that did not work either. I then tried calling the Taco Bell Restaurant that my oder was sent to; in Columbus, GA; I spoke the the manager of that location & although she was extremely nice, she informed that there was nothing she could do about the charges on my Citibank account. The manager of my local Taco Bell wound up giving me a cheesy bean & rice burrito & a beverage due to all of the inconvenience, but I still have a charge for the meal I wasn't able to pick up as it was miles away from where I was at. UNBELIEVABLE!!! So, those of you making mobile orders on the Taco Bell App, be warmed, you might have your order sent to some FAR AWAY place, & u will still get charged for it!!!

Silly as it sounds, this has been my favorite Taco Bell since I was thirteen- 23 years! For some reason this location has always hired the friendliest employees and my order is always right. If it’s not, they’re super quick to fix it and take care of you.

One of the main reasons I very rarely go to Taco Bell is they never fail to give me everything I pay for!! I just left this location and paid for 2 cinnamon twist, and when I get home, they are not in the bag. This is very frustrating as I should get in the bag what I pay for and should not have to hold up the line at the drive through window to check everything. If Chick-Fa-La was opened on Sunday, Taco Bell would NEVER see me, as Chick-Fa-La gets the order right EVERY TIME and I never have to worry about not getting what I paid for, EVER!

I am 0 for 5. FIVE. IN A ROW. Each of the last FIVE orders (which were all placed online via the mobile app for accuracy and verified on the drive-thru screen) have all been missing items - and not to a small degree. For example, last night a burrito, a quesadilla, and two tacos were missing. I ordered for three people and two people were shorted.
I’m never going to get upset with a fast food employee and I respect everyone that is working a late shift - which has to be exhausting in the first place. I get it. But, statistically, if this has happened to my last five consecutive orders (over a three month period), I have to imagine this is a fairly common problem at this location.
I didn’t leave a negative review the previous four times this happened, but I have to say something at this point. This is bad, guys. You simply need to verify the items in the bag with what is clearly shown on the screen in front of you.
Also, if I specifically add sauce packets via the mobile order, just put them in the bag as the order shows. JUST READ THE SCREEN…. Please! Don’t ask me if I need sauce and then put in the WRONG kind. Just. Read. The. Screen. PLEASE. 🙏

The time posted says they close at 2am however I pulled into the drive through at 12am and got no answer. I pulled around and the window attendant was just staring at me as I came around. I'm fine with places closing early but he could of atleast let me know they were closed or something instead of saying nothing. The inside lights were still on and everything.
