Gigi's Cupcakes

Disappointed Unfortunately I am not a fan of the cupcake. I chose the banana with nuts. The icing is extremely stiff and not flavorful. The cupcake was extremely dry and did not have the fresh moist flavor you would expect. My other disappointment was the small cupcakes are prepackaged and you must buy 4. Being able to buy individual or a 2 pack would allow for trying different flavors to see if there was one you like over another The store is very nice and clean. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

I ordered the middle (cat) part of the cake. Spent $60! And they didn't even get close to what I ordered! The colors are in the wrong order and it's plain!! I was told I could bring in cake toppers so I did. When I went to pick it up they told me " sorry, we couldn't add your toppers. It's against our policy "! This place is a Joke! I recommend Pat a Cakes!! Utterly disappointed

We LOVED our birthday cake from Gigi’s. The decorating came out better than I could have imagined. I had shown a picture of the face of Bruce from finding Nemo. When we picked it up, the decorator had made a full body detailed image of Bruce that looked straight out of the movie. My son loved it! Not to mention this was done on very short notice. We always go there because the cupcakes are amazing. I have to say I thought the cake was even better. Thank you for making my sons day !!! We will be using you for future birthdays.

We ordered gluten-free wedding and chocolate cupcakes for lunch dessert when additional family came to celebrate with us our daughters recent wedding. The groom is glutenfree. The cupcakes were wonderful and enjoyed by everyone. Chocolate was favorite with our group I think. Thank you for adding a little something special to our get together.

I used to treat myself to gigi's frequently when I first moved to the area. However, the last time I went in there was flies and fruit flies take over. the customer in front of me informed the employee that a fly was inside the case and had landed on multiple cupcakes. unfortunately for me the other employee had already packaged my cupcake but luckily for me the fly wasn't on the side of the case where the flavor I got was. but the employee just said oh ok and continued. she didn't attempt to remove the ones that the fly landed on or anything and we pointed out the 3 it landed on. I never returned and that's unfortunate cause I liked them before finding out that they aren't the most sanitary. the employee didn't even attempt to pretend like she cared. everyone knows how nasty flies are.
