I am so surprised I have not previously reviewed this place. First off Columbus is my hometown and country‘s barbecue is one of the most popular barbecue places in our hometown. My favorite thing to order from country‘s barbecue is the smoked turkey and dressing plate that is offered on Fridays. The sweet tea is perfect and delicious as well as the banana pudding. I have had their sandwiches and pretty much a lot of stuff on the menu. You cannot go wrong this is a great place

Overall the food is good. Disappointed with the sweet potatoes chips. Chips are pieces the size of breakfast cereal. Asked for some that weren't broken pieces and I was brought a plate of pieces...had to eat them with a spoon like dry cereal.

The collards are always soo good!! Sweet tea is always great! I travel to Columbus for work from time to time. I always eat at Countrys. The wait staff is always great.
