Red Robin America's Gourmet Burgers And Spirits

First time here. We are out looking for new furniture. Jen C. was our server very nice, pleasant and helpful. She was prompt in bringing our food and refills for our iced tea. Hubby had monster burger and unlimited steak fries. I had a side salad and a cheeseburger. Overall a really great lunch for both of us 😋🤤 Thanks Jen C. ☺️

The host Teddy didn't carry themselves very positively. The waitress that we had was very accommodating & helpful. She even made sure that the cooks took into consideration of my boyfriend's food allergy. She was very friendly & very on top of making sure that we had whatever we needed. When our food was finished some of my burger toppings fell off & ended up on the ground. It wasn't her fault at all. She took it back right away & had them fix it. The manager then brought it out to me. When we were finished & we paid. I had to ask for a paper copy of our receipt as there was no paper in the kiosk that was at our table. The manager happened to be right there so I asked her. She told our waitress & she got it for us right away.

We were greeted warmly as soon as we stepped foot in the lobby! The gentleman introduced us to our server and we ordered our drinks. We were SO IMPRESSED by the top notch service! One young man handled the drinks, one young lady did entrees and appetizers. Everything came out super fast and piping hot! We cannot recommend this restaurant enough! Only downside to an otherwise wonderful experience was that the women's bathroom really needed cleaned badly.

Red Robin is such a great place to eat. How can you go wrong with endless fries or bottomless broccoli? 🍟🥦 I visited this location today for lunch with a former coworker and we were seated immediately. Our waitress was very polite and friendly (but not the overbearing friendly waitress type, ya know?) and she took our order and our food was literally ready within 10-15 minutes. I was amazed at how quickly we were served! I had the Whiskey River BBQ chicken sandwich (my favorite!) with broccoli and my friend ordered the Royal Red Robin Burger with fries 😋 We both enjoyed our meals and had no complaints... only compliments! Overall, the restaurant was clean, the workers were friendly, and the food was delicious. 🤗
