Have just started going. Good food and great service. We only go Togo and like the app for ordering. Of all the places that do Togo this is the only one that truly includes everything. Right down to the extra cup of croutons. That in itself warrants the price. I thought this would be upscale hospital food but it is no doubt the best whatever you consider this type of place. Bacon Mac and cheese. Wow

We recently just ate at this location and I was excited to see they had one here as we just moved to the area and they did not have one at the last place we lived at. Sadly, it was nowhere near the quality of how I remember the food being prepared was like (used to live in NC and ate there several times). Ordered one of the chicken sandwiches and it was dry and not tasty with barely any dressing in it. My kids had some sandwiches too and they didn’t like it saying it was very dry - everything from the bread to the ham and cheese and I looked at it and was not impressed. As this is supposed to be an upscale sandwich place (compared to a Subway), it appears that this location needs an overhaul or training on how the food is supposed to be prepared and the quality they serve. And guess based on other reviews, this place seems to have gone downhill as it was not crowded or had many patrons at all inside and the location I used to frequent in NC was ALWAYS busy. Moreover, this place didn’t seem like it was that old however it was evident it has not been well maintained (our table had a very sticky and rough residue on it that could not be wiped away).

We have eaten here several times and each time the experience has been worse. Last night we ate here probably for the last time. The person who took our order was not pleasant. It was clear to us that she did not want to wait on us. The food was just OK. Sad to see such a downhill slid at this location.
