Applebee's

The waitresses are very friendly and quick on getting our orders out to the tables and also they stay on our drinks we barely had to flag them down to get things. The restaurant was clean and very organized. The restrooms were clean and smelly pleasant not like trash and poo! All together it was a great dining experience and I look forward to going back very soon.

Emily was a fantastic server. I ordered the bourbon steak which tasted really good. I think I should have done medium instead of medium well because it was kind of chewy but it tasted fresh and juicy. The fries were really good and I ordered a white sangria drink which was absolutely delicious. Prices were about average nothing was like super overpriced or anything like that it was pretty basic. Emily was super accommodating with me because I'm gluten-free and she brought me the menu that would tell me what I couldn't couldn't have which was really awesome. Recommended! I will definitely be returning.

I give honest reviews so here is mine. My drink was more mix than anything. It's the last long island I'll drink there. I ordered one and my fiance did as well and they both tasted low end and we both ordered top shelf. Second thing was I asked for a bottle of TABASCO sauce and I was told they couldn't find a single one so I brought my food home and ate here. The food was good. I'll give it that.

Only reason I'm leaving a two star is because the server who finally took my table after I complained to the bar manager about how the bartender completely ignored me for 35 minutes, Brit served me and she was amazing, but the bartender on the other hand seriously needs to learn how to not ignore someone for 35+ minutes that sat IN THE BAR and she checked on everyone around me.. thanks to Brit I finally got served she's doing an amazing job but the bartender was ridiculous, I have been a bartender for a month now and know and could have handled all of the night from 2230- when ever I got served at 2238 finally, she needs to get her ducks in a row or don't work as a server/bartender at a bar/restaurant, again Brit was AMAZING

I went to Applebee's in Columbus Indiana. Our waitress was Haylee as our server. We ordered food and apps. Our apps came out and it was the wrong one. We waited for our server Haylee and we let them know it was wrong. She told us they had to take ot away and argued with us. She said they told us we had take it back. Ok fine. We decided to get the one we wanted and just ignore what happened. Meanwhile, Kaylee went to her boss in a purple shirt and told them we were upset ( I am assuming) Purple shirt came and asked what is up. We were caught off guard at first and realize Haylee went and told on us about this. The purple shirt was rude and our replacement order was never put in. We told her to not do the it and just our normal food. We never saw Haylee again until later. We asked her if she needed to ask someone to get us refills. She said "listen listen.. I don't need this at my job and we need to be kind" It was rude and caught us off guard. We decided to not do our food anymore. They then proceeded to bring our bill with everything on it to pay for. We figured that out and left. It was a terrible weird experience that made us look mean when we are not mean people. None of this would have happened if she didn't make it a big deal and tell her boss to speak with us. Very awkward and definitely don't recommend Haylee.

Very poor management sending a bill with items we didn't order decided to slam & swipe his card through the computer after 1 manager tried telling me he done me a favor I did not order 2 for 24 I ordered 2 individual meals. Anyways on the upside the food was good the waiter was very friendly and he helped sort the situation which I appreciate
