Chili's Grill & Bar

Very seldom do I give out two stars. The meal I got to take home today should have received one star. The reason why it received two stars because the meal was hot and fresh. The presentation of it however leave something to be desired. I asked for blue cheese dressing and all I received was ranch. The server said she had put blue cheese dressing in there. Nonetheless I receive ranch. I will let you look at these pictures and you decide if I'm right or wrong..

Ate here and they made everyone wait for seats even though 25 tables were open vs around 11 or 12 occupied (excluding the bar). Not sure what’s going on but the only good thing about the experience was how attentive the waitress was, the seating took took over an hour (got a 30 minute estimate) even with all the free tables, the food was anything but worth the wait, the ribs were the only thing I would eat again. It seemed like they just didn’t want anyone to come into the restaurant at all or something. I got the feeling I was inconveniencing the staff by trying to eat there. Instead of killing the business maybe they should just shut down the dine in and go to take out only since they can’t seem to accommodate dine in. Would of gotten better quality food from any fast food place in the area and that is sad I have enjoyed chilis for over a decade now and I’m not even sure if I ever want to go back after last night.

Waitresses seemed to be short handed and even though they were they moved with purpose and weren't rude about it, pretty sure they were short staffed in the kitchen as well because they took longer than normal to bring the food out. The last time we were in there they took about 10 minutes this time around it was closer to 20, but when the food arrived it was hot not warm like it had been sitting there for a while. The food was delicious burger and steak cooked perfectly and we will be going back again, even though wait time might be slightly longer we'll adjust our time if the food we order keeps coming out the last two times we've been there.

Waited an hour for our food. Then we were asked if we needed anything else. And we responded with yes our sons meal. Waitress responded with oh its on the way. 5 minutes later came back and asked what he had ordered. Then rushed out his cold to touch meal and warm center within 2 minutes. Food was decent at best. Definitely not worth the family outing.

Haven't ate inside for a few years now, however gladly MY service was great. I can't say the same for the guys sitting infront of me. The manager did come out and fixed it for them and was extremely nice about it (both her and the gentlemen). I was very glad to see that the help inside didn't change. The drinks was great, and the food has been good every time I went. Keep it it up.
