I'm on a low carb diet. Tonight I was at Panera trying to find something for dinner. I asked the cashier. She got the manager. They pulled out their nutrition book and flipped through it with me looking at the carb count on each of their entrees. We finally found that the Greek Salad was their lowest carb entree. The cashier spent at least five minutes helping me. They went above and beyond. I can't say enough about how much I appreciate their help.
They are VERY VERY NICE!! Their brewed coffee is shockingly good (and I’m a coffee snob), and they have gluten free options that include a to-die-for flourless chocolate cookie!!!
This place has one of the most relaxing atmospheres around. The booths are really comfortable. The staff here couldn't be more friendly and kind. The food is absolutely delicious! I had got the steak and white cheddar sandwich and it was outstanding. You can taste the fresh ingredients and the bread......the bread is crispy on the out side while the inside is hot and aerie. You can't go wrong with getting one of there many pastries. Not to mention, they also serve both Coke and Pepsi products. I will definitely be returning for more.
My favorite place for French onion soup. So good and always a clean place. Order via a tablet stand.
first time me and my wife dine at this establishment and we truly enjoyed the food! The menu is so contemporary; love the variety of Sandwich choices and their side particularly the soups are delicious....freshness seems to be their priority.......we have eaten here several times before this posting and they all have been really good...the only area that needs some attention is the sanitation. The store located on Macon Road was very clean and well stocked (Beverage Counter). However the one located off Whittlesey Road was not; drink station, floors, tables & chairs were not clean and the entire dining area was in disarray. From where me and my wife was sitting you can see underneath the beverage counter and it looked as if it had not been swept or mopped in quite a while.....all in all good food and good service.
I order pick-up pretty often, and I have never had a bad experience here. I have notably crossed paths with an employee named Clarence (I think) who is always quick to drop off orders and make sure they’re correct before getting them to the car. I would recommend this Panera 100% of the time!
Very noisy, yes I know it's a restaurant, what did I expect. I did not order anything to eat, just a drink. My friend ordered a sandwich, the bread was so tuff she ended up having to cut up her sandwich and use a fork. I never cared for sour dough bread. The service people were very polite. The restaurant was very clean. The issue with my friend's sandwich, is the reason for four stars.
