Fuji

This was a great find! I'm not sure why we were hesitant to try this restaurant at first. Maybe because the entrance looked dark and sort of uninviting. But today, we walked in and we were happy that the food came fast and service was also nice and pleasant! We had spider rolls, unagi don, sashimi, the usual, and it was all very tasty. We will definitely come back to Fuji🏔, especially after learning they give 10% discount to military and family!⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Thanks!

We had the 3 spicey roll lunch special and the steak hibachi.....both delicious and the generous portion means no cooking tonight.....the service was awesome. Our helper Christian was attentive and went the extra mile with a little bag of ice for our leftovers on the long ride home......A+, we will be back.

And that rating is generous. The server was amazing. The food was horrible. They put teriyaki in everything and think it is normal I have been to several Japanese style restaurants and nothing was like what I experienced. I have been to Fuji before and it was amazing...not thus time. Didn't like the food, the server did offer to get food from the kitchen. But that is not how hibachi is. Food cam be prepared different and all together without involving the kitchen. I have been to Fuji in the past, but they have always been great. But, I do not like the way they are providing service. Being a customer for many year, I will not go back. I will find somewhere else to go! Not worth the price, when they don't want to accommodate. A manager should have at least come to talk to us, but NO nothing. Did not remove item from check. REALLY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Best restaurant in town! Food is amazing but what makes it great is the people that work there. Catie Ann (bartender) has always been so sweet and she has come up with the best drinks for me. Especially on a particularly rough day, she knew exactly what I needed and also talked to me and made my day go from horrible to great. Everyone go see her ASAP! I recommend the Royal Creamsicle, absolutely delicious. And her own creation!!! Words can’t describe how amazing this drink was, and her company.

I almost never write restaurant reveiws, but i met a waiter there who had to be recognized publicly. Catie Ann was her name and she was phenomenal. She catered to me. She was prompt, smart, caring and knowledgeable about the food. She had this friendly demeanor about her that made me happy. She is the best waiter I've ever had. By the way the food is great.

I’m honestly speechless and mind blown at how ridiculous this place is. I’ve never experienced anything like this at any restaurant. I ordered a hibachi, and asked for NO carrots in my veggies. NO carrots, not ADD carrots. And guess what. They CHARGED me for asking them to take the carrots out. We were there for 1.5 hours. At any time of our meal, I could have been informed of this ridiculous charge. But I wasn’t told when I ordered. I wasn’t told when I got my appetizer. Not told when I got my entree. Not told when the server checked in on us. Still not told when I got my bill. I had to call the server back to ask about it. And she gave me a reason that made absolutely no sense. I’m still speechless at the reason she gave me: Its an upcharge because the veggies are premixed, so they charge to have them take out the carrots. A $2.00 upcharge for NO carrots. What’s next? Charge for water? Charge to use your bathroom?

I ordered this food through grubhub. Mind you these plates are supposed to be worth almost $30/each and this is all we got. One plate is supposed to be just shrimp the other plate is supposed to be scallops and shrimp. This is ridiculous. 3 shrimp and small pieces of scallops. For $30. They are ripping people off.
