Chicken Salad Chick

The food is always fresh here! Definitely a great spot for an alternative and healthy meal! I greasy eats here! There are so many choices, I find myself just picking at random! I decided to go with a pimento cheese sandwich with some loaded baked potato soup and fresh fruits! The combination of three was quite refreshing as it just kept getting better every bite. The sandwich was nice and spicy like I like it and the potato soup was just as it should be. Nothing was over salty or under flavored. The fresh fruit tasted like it came right out of the farm house. Definitely worth a try on a hot day folks!

I'd only ever had food from this chain once before. That was back around 2013-2014 in Dothan, AL. Our manager brought in some of the type that has Buffalo sauce in it for us to try. I'd pretty much forgotten about this chain's existence until it came up in a conversation recently. I had to make a trip to Newnan, GA yesterday and knew I wouldn't have time to cook when I got home so I decided to stop here for a couple containers of chicken salad. Got the Old South style & the Fruity Fran. After tax, the total of the 2 containers was about $27. There ended up being enough good to feed 4 people a full meal, me to have a late night snack + breakfast this morning, & there's still enough left for me to take to work tonight.

Food is good BUT just walked out of the Columbus location at 6:15 this evening. Cashier walked by my husband and I 2 or 3 times said NOTHING, took a sip of her drink, the phone rang, walked by us and still did not speak. I finally said, maam I have been standing here are you even going to say anything and she looked at us like we were bothering her. We walked out. Also, the last couple times I have been in the restaurant it has not been clean, there were dirty tables, and the floor smelled like an old wet mop.

I asked for an extra pickle when I ordered... I didn't receive it when they brought my meal to the table... I didn't figure that I would have to get back in the order line so I went to the counter... I was TOTALLY IGNORED by the young lady that delivered my order to my table...finally another employee decided to ask if I was picking up an order... I then explained that I had ordered an extra pickle and didn't receive it!!! THE OTHER EMPLOYEE was kind enough to approach the kitchen and HE got it for me... WHAT'S THE BIG DEAL? MY FOOD WAS UNATTENDED AT A TABLE THAT I COULDN'T WATCH...I THREW MY FOOD AWAY & LEFT!!!

Absolutely the worst customer service I have experienced in a while. I will and I have given thousands of reviews online for business across the US and in Europe. The young lady that checked us out was rude and very distasteful to me and my wife. Not sure what your work policy is about the attentiveness of your employees being focused on their phones and not customers. We will not be returning here EVER AGIAN.
