Longhorn Steakhouse

Ordered a medium steak. It was rare got sent back twice to fix the steak the last time the manager said I’d get a new steak. Instead, I received my steak back burnt to hell. Our waiter was also the worst I’ve probably ever had. Waited 20 mins for a refill waited another 20 for boxes so we could finally leave after being there for almost 2 hours. I honestly can say this is the worst experience I’ve ever had.

Though the food was great and ever the waiter Dylan was steller. The management at this establishment leaves far more than a sour taste in the mouth. Frequently they forgot we were there, replied in a very short manner to simple questions, and even refused to fully explain the process of booking a room. Buyer beware if you want to reserve the banquet hall, you have to put down a deposit and that deposit will not be refunded to you. And even worse the different managers did not agree with how the business is handled. Look, I feel the employees here are amazing. Definitely over worked but they still have great service. But it is high time for new management.
