This place is warm & welcoming. 2 story dining and Food & Service was very impressive. Filet is so delicate you could pull apart so tender, marinated & chard to a Tasty Crisp with roasted Garlic Cloves.

To be honest it's ratings and reviews are rather inflated! Service was great but attention to detail matters... chipped glass caught my lip. Potato soup was bland (I wouldn't recommend putting mushrooms in potato soup). Burnt bread is not plesent even if you intended to burn it! The drinks were good and the entree was good.... I am fond of the brussel sprouts! This is not a 5 star restaurant!

It is a rare occasion I stumble upon a restaurant that I would be proud to rate five stars. Mabellas is one of those. I have been BLOWN away by each visit I have been, which I can tell you is many. Service here out does every other restaurant in Columbus as well as the food and environment! The chefs take their time here to create mouth watering masterpieces. A place this fantastic deserves bragging rights as the best spot in Columbus. I highly recommend the Red Sangria, New York strip dinner, and to finish off with a slice of cheesecake that is so delicately prepared. Ruth’s Chris who? Mabellas Italian steak house is a top notch establishment that will forever remain my favorite place to eat.

My first time. Our server, Kevin and the others, that came by our table were friendly, caring, masked and respectful and knowledgeable about the menu of choices, meaning they have tried some or all that was offered. Nice place to visit and worthy of the price $$(food portions great). Yes, I would go back.

It was a top of the line experience. The waitress was a joy to have as she served with the upmost professionalism and kindness. The food was very delicious and the presentation was also 5-star. Its definitely a nice place to go when you want a 5-star experience. Loved it.

The rib eye and the mushroom stuffed ravioli were good but the mussels were excellent. The small wedge salad was with gorgonzola not Bleu cheese again very good

Make reservations or plan on eating at the bar because this little hole in the wall is a popular eatery in the community. The staff was extremely pleasant and we enjoyed talking to both of the bartenders. I ordered a grilled pineapple margarita that was absolutely delicious, and later a mixed berry sangria which was very sweet. We ordered the lasagna, steak topped with gorgonzola and walnuts with side of garlic fries. It was absolutely delicious, and promise to try to save room for desert next time!!

This is absolutely the best restaurant in Columbus. Let me start with the welcoming, knowledgable, professional, and all around wonderful staff. We had several people checking on us, making suggestions, and completely enhancing the experience. These wait staff aren't just good at their jobs, they're clearly good people, and it comes through in their work. We ordered the bruschetta with goat cheese and pork with brown sugar (plus lots of other yummies!)-- it was an outstanding edible experience. The fried provolone is always excellent. We split a center cut filet, which could have been cut with a butter knife-- exquisite! The steak was simply a great piece of meat, and compliments to the chef who didn't do anything extra but let the steak be marvelous. The sides of brussel sprouts and garlic fries were sensational, and I'm sure all of the sides are! Finally, even with some very good wine, dinner was one of the more reasonable ones I've paid for in a long time. I can't wait for my next visit!

We had a wonderful first experience at Mabella's! We had the pleasure of sitting in the upstairs dining area and had the most wonderful waiter (Sorry, did not get his name but beard game strong!)
Started with a handful of apps - chefs board & pan fried provolone cheese. Absolutely delicious! I didn't know we were also going to get bread to begin with so it was a good amount of carbs! ;)
Dinner - I had Chicken Agrodolce and my husband had a ribeye and the helpings were gigantic and absolutely delicious! The flavors are what really made both dishes!
Dessert - We had chocolate cake as well as cheesecake. The cheesecake was to die for! Strawberries on top, MMM! Delicious!
The food was absolutely delicious, but really - our waiter was amazing!! Will absolutely go back!
