As a former fast-food manager, it's a difficult to get a 5-star review from me. Been visiting this loation about once a week since moving close by. They have been consistently quick with service times in the drive-thru, the staff is always friendly and the food is always hot and fresh. I usaully go during the week during peak times to get the freshest menu items, and this place doesn't disappoint.

I tried their hush puppy coated fish for the first time it, was delicious. And I always enjoy the jamocha shake. I wish they still had the Arby Junior

So, I am a rax person and when I go to any Arby's I feel I have to request my meat be cut thin. This location was like it is already cut. My daughter was like "mom, they know what they are doing"...but I was like "I'm good, I'll pass."
So my daughter frequents this spot as her PaPa lives out this way. She gets her sandwich...when I tell you not only do they do it right, they have beyond excellent customer service as well. The manager tried to tell me🤷🏽♀️🤦🏽♀️🥰🥰🥰 Definitely will be back, thank you all y'all 💞💙💞

I'm old enough to remember when the original roast beef was 5 for $5. Times have changed as they are now 4 for $10. But I will add that they were excellent - very tasty - just like I remembered and they didn't skimp on the beef.

The seat in the women's restroom needs attached so it doesn't pinch your leg when it moves.

It's a fast food restaurant but it is one of only three that I like and am a customer. This trip, the service was good as usual but the person at the drive-thru window (did not notice her name) was especially friendly and took time to chat just ever so little, I really liked that. I felt like more than a bag of food to be pushed through the window. Not what I usually experience at any place like this. What a nice treat.
