UNFORTUNATELY this place has gone DOWNHILL. The service used to be very friendly, food was hot and fresh but after my visit this morning I can say I’m very disappointed. I’m not sure about the girl working the window but RUDE didn’t come close to her attitude. Coffee was so cold I had to ask if they were sure I didn’t order cold brew. They were out of 2 items I tried ordering and what I got was a waste of my money. No napkins in the bag. List goes on and on. Very disappointing.

I go every morning to get Coffee and Timbits. I'm always greeted by a friendly face!! And they have come to know my order! I've never seen one employee with a bad attitude! And my order is always AMAZING!!!

This is my favorite location on the west side. I go every single morning before work. The past week though, my mocha ice capp has had a very strange taste to it. I tried calling the store but it's still breakfast, so they are undeniably busy. Just wanted my voice heard because my drink cost almost $6 and that's $24 in drinks, I've not drank.

My favorite ppl work here. This tims crew is amazing their friendly, accurate and remember my order everytime. Nia the manager is so nice. She makes my day and the rest of the crew is amazing too. The gentleman who makes my wraps always deliver my wraps to the window himself. He makes my food with precision and love. There's 2 young ladies that r my favs i don't know their names but i call them blue and red. I really love my Tims crew.
