Honestly the best dominos I ever ordered from. No matter how busy or how late it is they are always positive upbeat and kind. One of the few places left on the south end that you don’t have to worry about some loser lazy azz kid messing with your food or half azz making it. Give them a try and see for yourself. Food was as good as expected but the manager is rude and very unprofessional for no reason other than she just don't want to be bothered by customers they should not encourage pick up at this location. the restaurant was a complete mess she needs to work alone customer service skills well she don't have any! Get a new job your the worst person I have ever dealt with at any establishment! Don't know her name but short with blonde hair and works late. I wouldn't recommend ordering pickup after 5pm you will have smart a** comments the whole time your in there. I don't know if she was just showing off for her bf or just mad he don't work and she does. I wish I wouldn't of tipped I think I'm gonna get it refunded. I am giving 5 stars now they changed management for night shift and are very perffesional and great food quality and customer service the new staff really have stepped it up good job guys and gals

These kids have excellent customer service Well mannered. And replace the order if have to. I'm not going to complain. Orders get messed up in every restaurant. I rather speak to the ladies at the store. These new thing "call center" lady was lost and confused when i called back for update on my order. She said it be delivered un 20 minutes . But i ordered it for carryout and 25 minutes was up.

I've ordered from the Dominos on Lockbourne 3 times now. We have done carry out every time. Customer service is always very nice, and the pizza is always good. Love their crust! Rated 4 stars only because the access to their driveway into the parking lot has so many potholes its almost hard to get in without damaging your car, hope they fix it soon.

I haven't had food delivered to my house ever. I just pick it up, but that wasn't an option tonight. I ordered online, and they had it here within 20 minutes and it was all correct, even the extra 6 sauces my daughter had to have. The delivery guy was Anthony and he was very prompt and polite. I didn't have high expectations going into this, so way to pull through for us. We hungry🤣
