Baskin-robbins

On the odd times that I have gotten what I want it was good. I’ve driven 10 miles to this store (to get Baskin Robbins chocolate ice cream) three different times this Summer. Once they had no chocolate ice cream-a staple. The other 2 times they told me they had closed the ice cream section. Today, when they turned me away a third time, they told me that while they advertise that they are open until 9 PM, they actually close the ice cream section 30 minutes prior to closing in order to clean. So if you Google their hours and it says they’re open until nine they are unless you want ice cream. They fail to advertise that part. I’m so frustrated that if I did not have a gift card to stand, I would not go back.

Worst experience(s) ever! Staff completely clueless, un-professional, and rude. I find that I am not alone when looking at the reviews.. How a District rep for Dunkin or Baskin-Robbins hasn't addressed this is beyond me. Even if this is a franchise store...aren't there minimum standards of competence.

Super unprofessional group of employees. The only one working professionally was the nice woman getting our ice cream. The rest of the employees were literally running around the inside of the building chasing each other and playing tag. Giggling, screaming, and flirting with a male employee who was chasing them around, even out the front door. Will not visit this location again. Ice cream was good, but I can't patronize a business who leaves a bunch of immature employees in charge.

Horrible experience. I love their ice cream. We walked in, Noone spoke to us(ignored us,but made eye contact realizing we're there). The guy that took our orders was fairly new and not experienced, his coworkers were absolutely no help and got an attitude when we asked them to help him. I honestly felt bad for the guy because he was trying his hardest to work with us. I will surely be calling the manager tomorrow because it was absolutely horrible. They don't even deserve 1 star.

TERRIBLE. At 7:41pm on a Saturday night, the lights are on and the open sign is on but the drive thru ordering system had an automated message saying they were closed. The message was interrupted with a girl asking us for our order. My mother and I both ordered a double scoop mint chocolate chip on a sugar cone. We got nothing close to two scoops and the ice cream was melting before she even gave it to us. It tasted like the ice cream had been sitting in the trunk of a car on a hot day. Go to Gahanna instead!!! It is very nice, they are very friendly and they serve perfect ice cream!
