It has been years since I have had a good experience at BK! I have searched all over Columbus for a BK that provides good service and good food! Well, I FINALLY FOUND ONE! I cannot tell you how happy I am that I found the Renner rd location! This is the 2nd time I have ordered through the app and was promptly served with GREAT service and PHENOMENAL food! If you're like me and have been craving a good whopper the BK in Hilliard on Renner road is the place! Thank you to the Renner rd BK staff for letting me enjoy my whopper again!

Lunch visit with kids. Hot fries and tasty burgers. They do a great job here during lunch, can't speak to other times the day.

Did the drive thru 814pm Monday Aug 2 2021. The two ladies working the window were very nice, and helpful. Didn't get their names but if you know them I hope manager gives them a shout out/ recognition. Receipt says c417 at bottom if that helps tell you who they are? Plus, I love your new garlic burger, hope its not a limited time thing.

The lady at the drive thru was pleasant! I would’ve given 5 stars but after I paid, a guy came to the window asking if I’ve paid. They need a better system. Clearly you just swiped my debit card. Check your screen..smh
I’M DONE WITH BURGER KING. I just drove down the road to another Burger King because the one on Main St in Hilliard was rude.

The quality of the impossible burger was great. It was not sloppy and looked well constructed. The fries were crisp and not mushy. Whoever is preparing the burger is doing an amazing job. The service was fast and friendly. I can’t complain.

The food you get is always hot and fresh, but I would be remiss if I didn't say there are occasional issues with getting your order wrong. Most commonly in the drive thru at peak hour. Try to come off peak when you can, and make sure to check that order screen. But the service is always friendly and I have never once got cold fries here.
