Burger King

I've never written a review before and I know - this is a Burger King, but I have to say that I experienced unparalleled customer service at this location. They said they were unable to make fries, but offered to substitute onion rings, mozzsticks, etc for no extra charge. They politely asked me to wait a few extra minutes for them to make a fresh batch of chicken fries. AND the Sprite was crispy. Thank you Burger King employees for your service.

These workers are so rude. Every single time I go thru their drive thru they talk to me with an attitude and it doesn't matter how polite I try to be. Well Friday that ended. I'll never go back there again and I lost it on those horribly aweful customer service reps. Or whatever theY are called. I'm just sorry it took me so long. They deserved it 3 years ago. 😢

Basically a total drive thru experience.. Every one was pleasant and cordial.. Place has changed a lot since last known.. Clean and free of debris.. Had to pull around to the front door after order was made and paid for to receive our food because of fresh onion rings being prepared.. Rated four stars due to that even when the onion rings were made fresh.. And appreciate the gesture of a service standard of excellent food quality preparation and availability plus delivery.. They still were a little crunchy and hard to eat.. Could be that's just Burger King's product choice.. Usually desire onion rings to be soft all round.. Not greasy or soggy.. Just a little more less crunchy.. These ones were not greasy or soggy.. Just on the hard side.. Maybe a tad overcooked.. Fresh though.. The Zesty Sauce is the B O M B..

Can through the drive-thru, and the young lady was Very pleasant and all smiles.(Thursday 11-7 around 10AM)And unlike another Burger King y'all had the full display/sign of your breakfast items up,and it was a pleasure to see that. My food was hot and good I will return. 5⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐👍thank you for excellent quality service.🤗

Although this was only a drive through experience, this location out-does all the other Burger Kings I've visited in Columbus. The staff was polite and attentive as well as very warm and welcoming. The food came out very quick and all tasted delicious and very fresh. It all tasted and felt freshly prepared and we hadn't had an experience like that at a Burger King since moving to Columbus. Thank you very much to the team there and keep up the amazing work!
