The staff here is lovely and the cappuccino I had was not bad. Seating is minimal. I did share a table with another kind patron. If you NEED to plug in and work, you might want to try a larger coffee shop. You are not guaranteed a seat or a plug here. For a coffee to go, lots of drink options and fast, friendly service. I parked down a side street and walked over. Parking on busy High Street can be a challenge!

A little hidden gem for fantastic coffee! I tried a cinnamon caramel latte and it was amazing! Quality ingredients and the perfect temperature! The staff was super friendly and eager to help answer any of my questions. They were out of a few things but were happy to offer alternative suggestion. Highly recommend!

I visited Ohio with a friend for an event at the Convention Centre, and we visited here every day for breakfast. The drinks are amazing and at a reasonable price, the food is solid, the baristas are friendly (and one of them on Saturday was REALLY attractive), and it felt very comfy overall. If we didn't have to get to the centre at 9, we definitely would have stayed there longer to enjoy our food

Good coffee here - nice local place. Don't skip the homemade pop tarts, they are awesome. Customer service lacking - two days in a row we had an extremely indifferent girl serve us. Her counterpart was bubbly and helpful, but she was much more than less than happy to be there. Also heard about her friend snaking her drain and her other plumbing issues. Disappointed in only this aspect of my visit to this place and will pick another location next time to keep coming back for the product. Advice to management - your Frontline workers are key to customer satisfaction and your success. Let them know how much they can impact and help them recognize when they are impeding that.
