Wade saved the day!
I placed a 23 person order online for a physician's office the morning of the lunch - less than perfect planning I know.
The order processed online and I received the confirmation quickly. Business as usual for BiBiBop.
My phone rings 5 minutes later and Wade confirmed the time of the order for 1:48 pm.
While a late lunch is fine by me, the physician office would have not welcomed me back.
Thanks to the team at Polaris BiBiBop, the food was equal parts delicious and timely.

Food is good meal put together as you select the items you want. Tasty options. The only down side is the warm food is cooled down by the cooler items. So your food is never hot but very good never the less.

Liked this fast casual option! It was busy for a late lunch rush. They were out of forks. It would have been nice if I was asked if I wanted chopsticks since they didn’t have them out to grab but behind the counter.

Bibibop has probably been my favorite place for many years now! (Their menu is entirely gluten free). You should definitely try this place out!

i got a steak bowl with purple rice, salad, broccoli, cheese, egg, pineapple, cucumber, and yum yum sauce. the staff was friendly and moved in sync. this was an early birthday lunch and i couldn’t be more happy! everything was great. not too busy around lunch time: 11-12.

Nice restaurant with delicious food. Unfortunately they didn’t have any tortillas, so only bowls available. However, the ingredients were fresh and the price was reasonable.

1st time! Fresh delicious food. Set up in a line similar to chipotle or subway. Staff were friendly. Food was fresh and vegan vegetarian options available. Will return

Food was great! 2 people were in line infront of me but it moved fast and gave me time to decide to look at the aloe drinks. After paying the cashier, the condiment area was clean and well organized. This location had plenty of different types of seating options inside. The food was perfect! This time I asked for extra cabbage and it paid off. I ate the entire bowl on one sitting, which is a first for me!
