Burger King

Fast and friendly service on for a weekday dinner. The food was hot and good, no complaints. The inside looked renovated and clean, lots of seating. For anyone that had trouble with the drive thru-menu, it is now easy to read as its on well-lit electronic screen. Chicken fries are the best with dipping sauce.

Came to this location today and was spoke to so rude by THE MANAGER!! My son ordered his food with no onions, what did he bite into…onions! I went back through the drive to return the sandwich (Inside is always closed due to “Staff shortage”..they just use this to avoid customers who they are rude to). When I got to the window… the manager slammed the window open yelling at me “What’s wrong with it” meaning the sandwich SHE MADE AND MESSED UP, she then tried to argue with me about she didn’t see on her screen. I feel sorry for any employees who work here and have to deal with her ridiculous attitude and rudeness, they deserve better! I’m never eating at a BK again!! Fries were so brown from old grease and food tasted very old…save your money and gas, this location is trash!!!

The wait was a little longer than expected because there was only 2 employees during a Sunday night dinner rush. They were super sweet and apologized. Food still came up timely, fresh and delicious. Except the chicken nuggets, but BK's nugget recipe had been lackluster for years. It's not Nugget King, I get it. 10/10 for the hustle and delicious flame broiled borger. Pay the employees more money u corporate burger wigs, yall are fricking billionaires. You'd be nothing without them.

Yeah, wow... Stories are true. First, the ok part. My order was accurate, and the quality is what I expect from BK. The not so good, it appears at the drive through they only take one order at a time so it took ten minutes to get through three customers. I saw the person behind me placing their order as I was pulling away. I knew it was a gamble, and I did not win.

Today was my first time visiting this location, and it will 100% be my LAST. I stopped through the drive through at around 11:45, and there were only two cars in front of me. It took approximately 15 minutes for me to get to the speaker to place my order (at which point they did apologize for the wait). However, it then took approximately another 25-30 minutes for me to even be able to PAY... with only TWO cars in front of me, neither with an order larger than one bag of food. Once I was finally up to the window the woman that greeted me was extremely rude. Did not apologize for the wait, took my card and did not offer me my receipt, and then almost forgot to give me my drink with my combo. After sitting in line at this establishment for close to 40 minutes, I get back on the road and go to take a drink of my coke... to realize that they clearly had not changed their machines because the coke tasted almost like pure water. NO flavor. This was already aggravating after my wait, but then I go to open my burger (I ordered the bacon cheese whopper), to see that I received a regular whopper, but PAID for the more expensive menu item, AND half of the contents of the burger was smeared into the wrapper rather than on my burger. If I would have had time to turn around and go back I would have, just to get my money back. So beyond dissatisfied with this visit, especially considering they were not even busy. DO NOT go to this location.
