This place is amazing! The food if decently priced and the employees are always so nice. And of course, the food is amazing! I love when i order toast and put in the comments "lightly toasted" that they actually listen <3 it's the little things, haha. I HIGHLY recommend if you love cheap and AMAZING food.

I love this place and will definitely be returning! It was my first time here today. The manager and staff was so friendly and helpful with identifying the vegetarian items. I ordered the peanut butter toast, which was delicious. They had a vegan soup, which was also warm and lovely. Thanks for a great experience!

Everything was very delicious, and the staff was incredibly welcoming, kind and down to earth. I ordered an iced mocha and a strawberry banana smoothie bowl, (I believe it was called the Pink Strawberry.) Both items were very good, no issues at all. The smoothie bowl was a wonderful way to start my day as it was very refreshing and light.

Went for the first time today and had the meatloaf special. The meatloaf was tasty, hardly greasy at all, the green beans seemed to be called but if they were they cooked them all day with bacon as they tasted great, the scalloped potatoes were from scratch and very good. I especially liked that ordering a special meant a dollar off any dessert which made the pumpkin pie even sweeter. Nice staff, clean dining area, quick service.

Try the toasted roast beef sandwich and Tropical Fruit Salad with mangos, pineapple, and strawberries! Very delicious. Or the Two beef hot dog special on Thursdays. Nice family-run place. The sandwiches are the size of the kind one would make at home, but for the price compared with what one would get at other restaurants, they seem small. Not that one could actually eat any more. One does get a drink and small bag of chips included. A Chipotle burrito can be had for around $8.50 which is double or triple the size of this sandwich alone and $2.00 less. I got a toasted roast beef sandwich, small bag of chips, and a drink for @ $10.00. Fruit Salad was an additional $3.00 but not cheap fruit like most places serve. One does have to be profitable to run a place. So far, I like this place. Good corner location. Not crowded. I don't like crowded.

Mona's Cafe has become one of my favorite spots for lunch downtown. The service there is incredibly personal and polite. Their salads and sandwiches are exceptional. They recently added signature coffee drinks (mocha, latte, cold brew) to their menu and they are the icing on the cake. Their mocha is a notable entry because it is better than the same drink at Starbucks. So give it a try if you get the chance!

Highly Recommended, A+++ Quality, Great for pickup or dine-in. They have some of the best desserts downtown. If you like Carrot Cake, this place is the best place for Carrot Cake lovers. Mona made my birthday cake (carrot) and I will always remember the high quality and perfect flavors. Thanks Mona!!!!
