Mcdonald's

If I could rate zero stars I would! This McDonald’s is an absolute joke! The manager is so lazy and allows staff to be outside smoking and having a grand ol time with friends they have stop by while not a single worker is inside (definitely a good place to rob tho!) had a line of 10 cars waiting at the speaker and most of them started to pull off after about 30 minutes of waiting and they still didn’t go inside to start working. Once they finally did they didn’t have anything to even serve. Figured it’s because the manager is too lazy or because they stood outside for over an hour and didn’t have anything ready to serve. I definitely would re-staff this entire McDonald’s!

The employees!! Just terrible. There was a dad with his young kid in front of me and the young guys(can't say men) behind the counter were cussing and talking all kinds of stuff with no regard to the little girl. I went inside to place my order because they were too busy not doing their job to answer the drive-thru. The guy who handed me my order acted like I had him doing the most and All I ordered were a couple slushes. I'll go without before I go back to this place. And no I'm not a Karen just wanting to complain, I usually don't even leave reviews, but this really irritated me.

Had went the day before and ordered a crispy chicken deluxe and drive thru took 40 minutes when I got home the sandwich was all wrong. Tried to call nobody answers the phone went the next day to get the sandwich corrected got home to find that it was not correct either. They gave me a spicy chicken sandwich this time. I did not go back and will not likely go back to this mcdonds ever again.

This place always gets my order wrong, qnd the homeless part everyone is talkin bout is very true, I got cussed out because I didn't want to give someone a dollar. The people that work there are terrible qnd just hate life, there so rude to you qnd legit mess everything up then get mad because u want it fixed. I paid for food qnd ordered how I wanted it to get it wrong even after the second time throw the whole staff out and get people in there that aren't rude qnd can read tickets to make food correct!

I'm an Uber delivery person and refuse to take orders from this McDonald's. The worst I have ever seen. After taking a picture of the crew outside smoking, the night manager refused to give me two orders for customers and threatened to call the police on me for taking her picture. I wish I could give them a zero.

worst place i have ever been the manager was rude as can be and i ordered sweet and sour sauce and paid for it and didn't get it in my bag and then tried to pay a second time to get it before i drove off and the manager wouldn't let me i'm not coming back i have been coming here since i moved to columbus
