Outside Wendy's sign has been broken for a long time. No parking lot lights. Employees are very helpful and friendly

Deffinently not the quickest drive thru! But my orders have all been correct and pretty decent quality. So over all I wouldn't complain!

I went to pick up some food for my grandkids my daughter wasn't feeling well the food was okay but they're ordering wait outside was horrible 🥺 in the line for at least 22 minutes waiting to pay and get my 🍔🍟 another 10 minutes..🤦

Drive thru line moved quickly. Food was hot and good. New fries are way better than last attempt at a good French fry.
CBJ meal is a bit deceiving tho. Ordered that but was told it is only thru the app. The huge poster on restaurant wall and drive thru menu only mentions that in writing so small you would need a magnifying glass to read it.

Edit* This location has improved tremendously. Food is always fresh, I’m never in line too long and there has been several occasions I thought I was at Chick-fil-A because the staff was nice 😂. Whoever is in charge of the parking lot needs to have the huge unavoidable pot hole fixed where you place your order. Old review below.
15 minutes sitting in the drive thru is not fun. Would've left but I already paid for my food.

Really friendly workers and best fries I've had in a long time! Took a little longer, but the worker communicated that it was because there was a shift change so I knew what to expect.

I am from the south and in the south when giving the order they are nice and let me have some time, but the guy that took my order made me feel like I was wasting his time because I didn't know what I wanted. Today I do not know what my mom wanted and I was decided between two things and he seemed a little short with me. But the food was good.

We often go to this location when we're going to Wendy's. Quick service (had to wait a couple of minutes for fresh fries, but that's fine with me). The dining room was clean, and everything seemed good. Food was what I was expecting from Wendy's (we had a coupon from the app for two small single meals, so that was what we had).
