So when we pulled up to the drive through window we were told that the sausage for the croissants would be 6 min longer, since we love them so much we both said no problem will wait. So pulled up to the window and they gave us our donuts and asked us to pull up and wait. So did that a few minutes later a lady came out with our sandwiches and said they included a bit of timbits. So very nice they did this we didn’t expect it. Thanks to all who work here at the Dublin Road Tim Hortons. Merry Christmas, The Walkers

I am inLove since this tim Hortons got build close by my house nothing beats a Hortons :) it’s always fast service the people are so nice 👍 I always have warm fresh food/doughnuts 🍩 and of course the best reason my coffee drink warm or cold is never disappointing

The cashier was so nice. Every worker there had smiles on their faces and really seemed to be very happy. She talked me into a couple pumpkin muffins that were amazing. Just a great experience for the first time ever going to Tim Hortons....thank you so much for enjoying your job!

Very clean with quick friendly service. Not crowded at all at 7:30am, spotless rest rooms. Small dining area, cater mostly to drive thru customers at this hour of the day I guess

Getting the attention of a cashier has become a problem at this location which generally has superior service.
Very disappointing when workers purposely avoid eye contact as they rush past.
I hope this doesn't become a bad habit.

This Tim's is great. Fast, accurate service, super friendly employees, and many delicious options to choose from. If I had one critique it would be to bring back the sour cream donut. They were the best!

The two ladies working were so kind, friendly, and professional! The iced coffee was made perfectly, the toasted bagel had just the right amount of cream cheese, and the TimBits were super fresh & yummy. We literally turned around after passing the store on our way to a different coffee shop because of our LOVE for Tim Horton's.
Fingers crossed we get some in the Indianapolis area soon...
