Had steak and cheese with onions, banana peppers and mushrooms. Came out without the mushrooms and banana peppers which is crazy as it's printed in extremely large font on the ticket that comes out with the sandwich. They quickly grilled up the missing items so I could add to my sub. The taste was VERY good but I was slightly disappointed by the sparing amount of meat on the sub. Again....the taste was great but wasn't made properly the 1st time and was a little short on the meat

This was our first time here and it was so good. It was recommended to us by several people who all love the place. I got the classic Italian, hot. It was fresh and very flavorful. We tried Penn Station while out of town and now we're looking for one close to us.

I was having a bad day and came in to grab something to eat while I waited for the bus. Charles had taken my order and he was very nice. I really appreciate his kindness it made me feel a little better. The food was super good too.

There was one employee at the store, did not seem overly excited about working. Had cheesesteak and fries. Food was made to order, and was good.

I like their subs it taste really delicious!The only issue is a lot of times they don't answer the phone when I call them to place an order. So I would have to drive there to place an order.

Penn Station is a great choice for subs and fresh cut fries. Service is always great and the food is even better! You have so many choices to choose from and everything is always fresh.

I was in Columbus for a few days on vacation and this spot was near the hotel where I stayed, so I decided to walk over and try them..... when I tell you I was impressed with the friendliness of the staff and the quality of food. Being a southerner, we are usually out of our element in big cities when it comes to customer service (i.e. it's fast-paced in the city), but this place really surprised me. Keep upu the great service and great tasting food. The Cheesesteak was so good, I went back a 2nd to try the teriyaki chicken sub.

Loved it. For a long time, their Teriyaki Chicken subs were delicious, but once in a while because they were too salty. They seem to have corrected this, the one I had last night was delicious. My only regret is not having added banana peppers
