Listening to the young men and women working, with their friendly plus nice attitude is awe inspiring.... Many of the children who work here are still in high school and for them to be able to attend school, then work afterwards, keep their grades up is quite a challenge and balancing act. I appluad the employees, their managers and the parents of each of these teenagers and McDonald's for giving many teenagers today an opportunity. Thank you!
This store went above and beyond any other McDonald's I ever have been in! They handled my large order with speed and friendly service and made anything right that was miscommunicated immediately!!! Thank you to Michael and the rest of the breakfast crew working August 5th! You were awesome! If I am ever in Columbus again,I will surely be back to see you all!:)
Perfect french vanilla ice coffee. They even stir it! Nice staff in drive+thru.

Stay away from the McDonald's @ Livingston Ave & Alum Creek!!! ...... Unless you want to wait 22 minutes in the drive -thru... SERIOUSLY, IT TOOK 22 MINUTES TO GET 3 SANDWICHES AND 2 DRINKS!!!!

Quite surprised today, the drive-through experience, everyone was super polite, and when I got my meal, I discovered that I actually had napkins, and they even put ketchup in for my fries without me, asking, bravo!
Upon entering the store I was greeted within 30 seconds of entering the store. Bathrooms are clean, lobby is clean, parking lot is clean, customer service was very very good. The young lady Tikhya was very respectful and attention to my needs even though I changed my order after placing the order. I give it a 10 out of 10
I don't eat fast food too often, although I do enjoy their French fries. Clean, affordable, and healthy choices are available on their menu.
