as you can see the lettuce tomatoes and pickles look gross i threw this nasty looking burger away the lady use her bare hands to touch my banana for my bananas split she probably didn’t wash her hands this place is nasty It’s funny that I have not been here in a while dairy Queen used to have fresh and hot food they change I don’t know maybe because today is Friday the 13th 2022

Went through the drive thru and was immediately rushed to give our order. We asked for a minute and was asked three times what we wanted within that minute. When we started ordering we could hear the guy talking to people in the background the entire time, mumbling and complaining about us and we had to repeat our order multiple times because of it. Got to the window and order was incorrect and had to wait longer to get our food. Could see employees playing around within view of the window. They need training on customer service or at least make sure the mic isn’t on still if you are gonna complain.

1. Refuses to take digital coupon, wants a paper print out coupon. 2. They no longer due the upside down blizzard... They do NOT honor it. *******A big company like this one, and they still dealing with PAPER COUPON, REFUSING DIGITAL COUPONS.********* Timevti find a different place to get my ice cream/ blizzards. What year are they living in??

I went to DQ this evening for a regular meal that I have ordered at this location for over 20 years... of course prices have Increased over 20 years. However the meal that I normally order is usually about $5.90 which is the smallest cheese burger combo sub onion rings and a small coke this evening this meal totaled almost 10$. What!!! So I told the staff working the drivethru I would just come inside because apparently it wasn’t being rung up right. How can a small cheese burger and onion rings cost more than the 6$ combo that includes a burger fries drink and sundae.. somethings not right. Will not be back unfortunately.. because the “manager”couldn’t even get it right.., The only explanation given was prices have increased “duhh” but almost double In the past month..
