As a place set up for pre to young teens, it's okay. It appears to be fairly clean and the staff are friendly. Food is expensive for a mid quality pizza, but at this place it's about fun and games, not the food.

Look here Columbus, Chuckie Cheese (West) has been getting a bad rap. I ask my city to give them another chance. When I tell you Courtney and her team really blessed my son Ari, for his birthday. They really came thru for us.
The place was cleaned and the food and customer service was at an all time high?
Hey even the manager did us right. We literally has missed my son's party and they scheduled us for another day with ease. I'm so grateful for our hostess Courtney and her team for taking great care of us. Thank you Courtney!!! I will say this,the flavor of the pepperoni and the sausage was on point! The pizza was excellent and guess who made it? Courtney 😁😁🍕❤️🎉

My grandkids love coming here. The pizza is really good. There are so many choices of games for all ages it will not disappoint any child!

Went there for sensory sensitive Sunday and the food was great and our son had a blast just pushing all the buttons and eating his safe food. We will definitely be back soon! Only suggestion I have is that it would be helpful not to have stuff set up for birthday parties so far in advance so that we have less time having to redirect our kiddos attention, They were setup before we got there at 9am. The lady who interacted with us most of the time was super sweet and friendly. She really made all of us feel welcome 😍
