Mcdonald's

Just terrible. Food was made very sloppy. Their nuggets are absolutely gross, you have to drown them in sauce to even eat them, However, this location doesn’t give you the sauce you ask for. This is a joke corporation and people deserve better. It doesn’t even seem to matter which location you go to. I feel like a Mcidiot every time I choose this place.

This place is kinda trash. I feel terrible giving a negative review but the service fell so below the standard of general customer service it was shocking. I used the McDonald’s app, which the push incessantly. Got to the window after a 30min wait in drive thru. They tell me the automated system that answers the drive through ordering system to ask if you have a mobile order, isn’t functioning. So instead of fulfilling the order, the drive through attendant indignantly tells me I have to drive back around and wait another 30mins. Lol. Comical, right? Listen, there are so many great options on Olentangy River Rd, go to literally any other one but this place. I promise, you’ll thank me.

The Big Mac I got today was so disappointing. Dry, tough, rubbery burgers with no discernable beef taste, powdery bun that wasn't as good as I remembered. I could see the bun had been grilled, but, how long ago? The lettuce tasted bitter, and aside from the slight taste from the cheese, the dominating flavor was the sweet corn syrup of the "special sauce". I counted a total of two tiny, shriveled pickle slices. I don't think I've ever something this unhealthy yet so disappointing at the same time. Usually, if you give in to temptation, and eat something bad for you, at least it's GOOD. And, it costs over $4 now. Triple disappointment, I almost want to cry, I'm serious. Is this even beef? I can't tell, so terribly bland and insipid. 😥 Edit: oh, and they forgot to give me the drink I ordered, I didn't feel like going all the way back to get it and now I'm thirsty. 😣
