The friendliest service I’ve ever seen at a Taco Bell. And the location is good!

This location is a lot further from us but the Powell location is literally the worst fast food place I've ever been to. This location was on it! Even though there was a line, it went super fast and the food was delicious and hot. If you live in the Powell or Lewis Center location, definitely go here instead of Powell! You may think it is a bit longer of a drive, but you'd be waiting in line at Powell for 30 minutes anyways just to get a wrong order or food that is inedible.

The food was correct and hot. The workers were so focused on the orders so there was no human interaction. You order your food on a monitor (very easy) and they call your name when it's ready. Took over 15 minutes to get the food though.

This Taco Bell is always on point. Every time I do a mobile order or if I pull up, I don’t have to worry about having missing food cus they get me right every time. Slay.

Guy at the window was bizarre. Didn't say a word at the window to my very kind and jubilant fiancée. Not even to say "hello" or "you're welcome". I asked for an unsweet tea and was given a sweet tea. The food was just gross. I have had Taco Bell many times and this was the worst by far.

Decided to try this location again this evening and it was a complete 180 compared to my previous experience. The gentleman at the window was very kind. The food was prepared correctly and was delicious. Keep it up guys!

Went there multiple times during our visit for the zoo and amazing customer service (day and night shift), quick, and food is fresh and always correct. One of the best experiences I’ve had with TacoBell, and I’m from Newport, KY I work in fast food services as well so it’s so nice to see amazing employees at other places too!

Typically, they have great service and they're fast! Had an issue with closing times for a while, I would stop after work sometimes and they'd be closed at 8pm, then open at 11pm the next day. Back and forth. I'm guessing it was a staffing situation but seems to be resolved now. Consistently open at 10-11pm when I'm leaving work and stop. Good location ! 👌🏼

They’re always so nice here. My only complaint is changing the oil more frequently because I’ve come and order a Mexican pizza and cinnamon twist and they tasted burnt. Horrible. Other times I’ve come and it was perfect. So I’d just be mindful of changing the oil on shift changes. I use to manage a restaurant so that’s why I know exactly what the problem was. Other than that service always fast. People really nice.
