Subway

This particular subway is very unique from all the stores I’ve seen. The main thing that made this store special is that the people working there are very friendly. When i say friendly, i really mean it. Mainly this guy “vedanth”, he is very friendly to me. Also for my extra requests on the sandwich, he served his best without any frustration and hesitation. Looking forward to visit this place again and again. Try it!

The kids wanted subway. I had to translate what the lady was saying to the kids cause they couldn't understand her. I think the kids weren't paying attention. My attention was not very good that night (I was playing with a tiny little boy that was so handsome) and I was thankful that she was patient with us.

Subway Corp, pay attention. You have a seriously hidden gem at this location. His name is John. Not gonna lie, I usually dont eat out. And when I do, it pretty much is never Subway. However, I received a great deal in the mail I couldnt pass up, so I went. In spite of the screaming child running airplane circles while her parent was being served, the lobby was clean, looked nice, and I was greeted promptly at entry. John was the only employee working when I arrived. I dont mean he was the only employee doing something. I literally mean he was the ONLY employee. He was courteous, considerate, professional and personable. He displayed exemplary food handling safety skills. He was attentive, thorough, and very engaging. I will return because of his customer service. Period. He earned you a customer. Hope that matters as it should.

Karl and 161 location across from Rally's is the best Subway in Columbus. The employees are polite, they make your sandwich and do it with a smile. It's refreshing to have customer service and quality food in the same visit. Morse Rd both locations the employees all act like they hate their jobs. The Subway close to Westerville Rd has a hearing problem. I always have to repeat myself 8 times, they are pushy and in a hurry at the drive thru window then ask you is there anything else after you speak each time.

This is probably the smallest Subway I've ever been to. There is a dine-in option although they only have two tables. It's recommended to take your food to go. The store is surprisingly clean for the part of town it's in and the staff is generally competent and respectful. I come here about once a week for a sandwich and, of course, they don't mess it up. I don't really have any complaints with this one aside from the occasionally long lines.
