Tim Hortons

Although this location is a HIT or MISS... Meaning, although you give your order for how you want your coffee made, it still may NOT be what you will get, and other times it will be SPOT ON!!!! But, GOD forbid if you need an afternoon caffeine pick-me-up... It will appear dark, shut down, with lights off, and the person sounding like you've interrupted their nap on the speaker!!!! With all that being said... I still WILL NOT go to ANY other location, for they are FAR WORST!!! NOW... ON THE BRIGHTER SIDE.... I've noticed that management has employed a FANTASTIC employee named Steve who works the drive-thru window!!! He is ALWAYS pleasant, respectful, nice, kind, patient, and understanding! It appears he is the LIGHT at this location and I've noticed things have improved! Frankly, I am amazed he's here in Ohio! But we'll keep our fingers crossed and hope he will last.

Crew was working hard to get orders out. I believe they were a younger crew learning on the job and they did well. The line in the drive thru took a minute to get through but that happens a lot everywhere now with employees being hard to find. The coffees were hot and tasted great. Breakfast sandwiches were good. Good work by the manager leading this crew.

Tamika was working the drive through this morning and was wonderful. She was very kind and actually talked to me like a person instead of just another customer to rush out of the window. She sincerely told me to have a great day which sometimes can make all the difference. I appreciate people like her who care about their customers. She should be recognized for her strengths within Tim Hortons!
