Wok Wok Kitchen

I have purchased food there three times, each time the food has been very good. The food was hot tempwise, spicy when ordered that way and ready to pick up extremely quick. The lady that answers the phone has always been quite pleasant and willing to listen to special orders. When picking up my orders the young man that has waited on me each time is extremely pleasant and chatty. I was really excited to learn that they also have delivery.

This place consistantly delivers great food and value. I have been eating here for 5 years and think it's better than the other options in the area. It's a no frills establishment, I've seen other reviews say they think it's dirty, that's not true. It's clean, the inside just isn't brand new looking, and that helps them keep prices down. I really respect the family that runs this establishment and I'm glad they serve our community. I recently tried golden chopsticks because wok wok kitchen is closed on Mondays. I was so disappointed with the meal from golden chopsticks that I had to get food from here the next day. Recently I tried their house soup. Its so good it brings me back week after week (sometimes more than once a week). So if you want something to warm you up this winter or to perk you up if you're under the weather try that. (I recommend the large size)

Funny story about this place: My boyfriend and I decided to get Chinese the first night we lived in Columbus. We spent forever looking for a good place and then drove all over to check them out. Each one was more disappointing than the last. So finally, I decided to give up and go home, when I spotted this place and just pulled in on a whim. I didn’t care about the reviews or anything. I only stopped because it was literally right around the corner from our apartment complex and I REALLY wanted to salvage the night. And let me tell you it was seriously the best Chinese food I’ve ever had in my entire life! There aren’t words to describe how absolutely incredible their food is. We actually moved to Cleveland this past November and there is NOTHING we miss more than this place. I have never found a place as good as this or as reasonably priced. Plus the staff is absolutely excellent. Like I said we moved more than 6 months ago and I STILL think about their orange chicken and fried rice. I’ve even had dreams about it - it’s that good. So if you’re in the area please do me a favor and GET WOK WOK! I promise you, you won’t regret it.

This place was great! We ordered 3 meals and have enough leftovers for at least 3 more meals. 😅 Took about an hour for delivery (which they gave us as an estimate so I wasn't surprised), but it was worth it! Everything was packaged nicely, nothing leaked. Eggrolls were perfectly crispy but not over done. I highly recommend this for delivery Chinese takeout.

Genral Tso's was nicely cooked and not over spiced. Egg Foo Yung was PERFECT. Absolutely DELICIOUS..and they DELIVER. Price was nice and customer service over the phone AND in person by the driver was quick and OUTSTANDING... They even put a piece of cardboard in the bottom the bag to maintain its integrity. I am rocked by Wok Wok.
