Wendy's

I love to go to this Wendy’s as the fries are crispy, the nuggets are crispy, and the burger is juicy. This place has decreased in my opinion though. They don’t have the four for four deal anymore which was a main factor of why I went to this Wendy’s and the staff was a bit weird one time. The staff asked to hold on (in the drive thru), and we waited a good 5-10 minutes before the employee asked us our order. I understand that it might of been understaffed or the people in front of us had a big order but waiting 5-10 minutes just at the speaker is a bit absurd. Also the quality of the food here is hit or miss. I said the food was crispy and juicy but that’s only 75% of the time, the other 25%, the food is dry and questionable.

I've always had great experiences at this Wendy's location. The remodel they completed not long ago looks very nice. It's a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. The dining area is bright and inviting. They have a mix of regular, high tables and some padded seating near the simulated fireplace. Very friendly staff will take care of you.

I work nearby and stop by sometimes for lunch. Most of the time, a girl with a name tag that says "Guadalupe" is collecting payment. She is SO friendly every time I go! Usually at fast food places you get rude and eye rolls. She definitely is great for customer service. Food is always good too but I just had to say something nice about her.
