We had an awesome dinner before the Old Dominion show at Nationwide! Easy walk from the arena to the Market. I had the Tonkotsu, and my spouse had the Miso. Both ramen dishes were piping hot and flavorful. Neither were salt bombs either. Very well-balanced. We had the karaage as well... what's not to love about twice fried chicken??
We ate upstairs, but as you might assume by the name, there is a "pull up a stool" bar where you can sit while the ramen is being made right in front of you. Very cool!
Lots to try at North Market, but I know we'll be back!

Let me start by saying I don’t ever eat ramen noodles at home. Just don’t like them. Nor do I eat dark meat chicken. Don’t know why. But. At satori that’s what they serve. Well. It’s delicious.
I get #3 sub all pork for chicken. Spice level 2. I live about 20-30 mins away. Well worth the travel. I would post a pic. But always forget By the time I remember the foods gone. My bad.

I had my first ramen shop experience here. The food was excellent and I highly recommend it. Just be sure to pay attention to when your order number is called because it can be easy to miss it. My food sat for a little bit, but that was my fault.

Sometimes, if you are very lucky, life brings you a perfectly fried chicken cutlet: crunchy, salty, and hot. Today was one of those days with Satori’s Japanese curry. 🥲

Over all, great experience! I was psyched when I learned a ramen bar was being put in North Market and Satori lived up to all my expectations! This is, in my opinion, some of the best ramen you can get in downtown Columbus. They can get really busy during lunch rush in the middle of the week, so expect to have to wait a 10-15 minutes for your food during peak times. If you’ve got a little extra money and time you want to spend on quality noodles, Satori is a great choice for the location!

The shoyu ramen was so good! Expertly and quickly prepared. It had so many ingredients, the variety was so nice, the noodles were perfect. I got there right before the rush and was glad I did. Amazing experience overall!

9/10 The broth is up there with the best in Columbus and the menu options they have are a great variety. Probably my top choice of places to eat in the north market or second to Momo Ghar…

I ordered the tonkotsu ramen. The marinated egg tastes amazing melting in your mouth. The pork could be less thicker. The broth smells great but tastes a little plain.

Got the Kara bowl, spicy level of 4. For an Asian person that spice lvl is definitely there! Fast service as well.

Loved it. The tame was delicious, homemade noodles, marinated eggs and delicious fried chicken. Quick and courteous service and affordable prices.
