I was looking for a great Italian sub and this place came highly recommended. It was OK, but nothing to write home about. The people that work there were very friendly though. The search continues.

I've been there 3 times and each time is was great. The sub sandwich was delicious.Customer service was excellent. It's just a neighborhood bar but it was nice 🙂

It's that neighborhood bar, the one where all the locals go after work and knock back a few with friends. The food menu isn't huge, but what they do serve they do well, like their subs! The Italian sub is pretty great with generous fillings and served hot. They have a small patio outside, but unless you're a smoker, I wouldn't suggest eating out there. They have live bands regularly and it can get pretty loud but it's a fun place to hang.

Fire (awesome)manager, kitchen manager. Everybody in this place is fantastic. Well received delicious food, great drinks, great pours, great people. Great staff. What more can I say? I love it here and if I lived here this would be my everyday bar

Stopped in to order take out. They were quick and the food was so good. We will be back. Lots of people were sitting outside, enjoying the food and drink. People sitting inside too. Lots of people stopped by to pick up their carry out orders. I can see why. It was affordable and delish!

I'd driven past here so many times and kept telling myself I needed to stop in. Today, we finally did!
I got the oak burger and we got a pizza to share because Ryan's was making them on the patio. Everything was absolutely delicious!
The bartender/server was wonderful as well!
I will definitely be back!

Have been meaning to go to this place (Indian Oak Grill) forever and always found a reason not to go. Well finally decided to go. After sitting down I was greeted by Nick the bartender. Decided to order the Chili and the Italian Sub. The chili had a nice blend of beans, hamburger, tomatoes, onions, peppers and spices. It had just a slight kick to it which was just right. No wonder why it is listed as one of the best in town. On to the sub sandwich. It has hard salami, hot ham, provolone cheese, lettuce, onion, tomatoes, banana peppers and Italian dressing on I believe an Auddino's bun that seemed to been pressed by a Panini Press to heat it up and to melt the cheese. It made for a phenomenal sandwich. Nick checked on me numerous times and refilled my drink. Well everything I read about this place was true. Their food is off the chart. Check them out.

Saw a post on a Facebook sandwich connoisseurs group that they had amazing Italian subs. The sub didn’t disappoint. Perfectly toasted bun and generous amount of meat. It was one of the best I’ve had! If you’re in the area I highly recommend stopping in!

If you like Italian subs then this is the best place in Columbus to get one. It's a local dive bar located down the end of Oakland Park. If you didn't know it was there you'd miss it. DON'T MISS THIS PLACE. Food is great, atmosphere is great, plenty of bar seating and booths. Fantastic selection of canned and bottle beers as well as liquor. They have a rotating draft selection. Come and experience what Clintonville is all about.
