Great service by Tina. She took my order through drive-thru even though she said they normally don't do that. I'm new to the Donatos drive-thru thing. Pizza was ready in 15 minutes. Lots of crispy pepperoni, good amount of cheese, perfectly cooked crust. Sauce probably could have had a little bit more but it was very good. All in all a really good experience. Wish they had them in Florida again.
Today, the crew at Donatos Pizza executed the perfect little Father'a day surprise! I want to thank all of you for helping me out and being absolutely fantastic about it. Exceptional customer service and overall great attitude. Needless to say, we both love you pizza.

My order in this visit was for drive-thru pickup.
My order was ready in 20 minutes. Customer service was great and fast. My food was hot. I tried the Hot Honey Pizza and babyyyy, it has a kick but it is really good. If you can't eat hot or spicy, then this is not for you. I also ordered the traditional pepperoni pizza with light sauce.
I definitely will be getting the hot honey pizza again. I hope it is not only available for a limited time. Everything about this visit was good. I also didn't have to wait in line.
You can dine in here and there is plenty of parking too.
Thank god for donatos !! When we got that craving for pizza at 10pm donatos was the only pizza place open! Even tho they pricey compared to the others they came thru!
Not only is this the BEST Donatos pizza in Central Ohio. Good food, excellent service with a smile always. To add, these are some of the most honest people I have met!!! Owners. 1 of the 2 pizzas weren't ready because hand tossed needs to thaw and then cook. So, we had to pull up and wait an extra 10 minutes. Also, the sauce cup was forgotten and we had to request it.
Nice cozy place. The only problem i had was the hostess saud it will be 10 minutes to get the pizza , and in reality it was more than 30 minutes.

Ordering on the app was a bit flaky but they got the Oder done before the time so that is a plus.

I ordered a pizza online. It came a bit late and when we opened the box it looked like it had been dropped. I called the store they rushed a replacement right out to us. It was so good! Thank you for making it right!
