I’ve been coming to this place for years now and it never disappoints. The staff is always super friendly and welcoming. I’ve had everything that they sale here. I always come back for the regular pretzel bits. Not to mention they do an awesome job of keeping the place extremely clean. I highly recommend giving this place a try if you enjoy soft pretzels.

Delicious.. staff is very polite and Friendly.. I bought two pretzels for myself. The original pretzel and the garlic pretzel.. both were hot and fresh I always get some mustard to put on my pretzel New York style... Love this place they are normally in the airport but they have one here in Columbus...PS..only one made it to the house..

I'm literally addicted and would be back a lot more if it wasn't so EXPENSIVE! I'm gonna bankrupt myself here but I keep coming back so that has to mean they have a 5/5 star rating now doesn't it? Oh it's truly the best sweet/desert/snack shop around! Not too sweet like some places where it feels like the sugar is going to melt your teeth after the first bite.

Impeccable customer service. I work in the mall and couldn’t get it delivered because of bad internet, but I also couldn’t leave my kiosk. Crystal from Auntie Anne’s was kind enough to walk to the other side of the mall to deliver my order. I’m definitely going to continue ordering from this restaurant. 10/10 recommend for the food and the exceptional customer service
