Delicious subs are served here. I like taking the family for the cheap kid's meals. The location is difficult to get in and out of due to its spot on the intersection. The restaurant was a little dirty when I ordered there.

Went in for the first time. They had limited items due to waiting for a delivery. Trey who was making the sandwiches was very accommodating and friendly. His manager was also very friendly and helpful. Will definitely be back!

I wanted to say thank you to the folks that were working at the Gahanna Ohio location,my son ordered an Uber pickup from you today(04/28/2023) we didn't realize that the shop was closing,but according to the Uber drive you all went ahead and made our sandwiches. I visited this location this evening and the staff was so extremely kind and welcoming. Every single employee working the front area acknowledged me and made sure to meet my needs on making sure to heat my sub extra. Was really one of the best customer service experiences I've had in a while.

First time at this restaurant, placed order to take home. Ordered an Italian and chicken bacon sub, both small size. Both sub's were very good. Staff was friendly and professional, restaurant very clean.

This branch is similar to all other firehouse subs branches. Friendly welcoming staff and tasty subs. You can’t go wrong with the spicy cajun chicken.

Decent meats for a decent price. The freshness is remarkable. This establishment appeared clean and well kept for the most part. There was a longer wait than expected for how many people were in the store but I assumed it was because there were a lot of online orders. The food was very similar to something I would have at home. The meats seemed lacking of flavor but wrent super salty like most deli meats. They tasted healthy which is not a bad thing. I enjoyed their selection of chips as much as the sandwiches.

Firehouse Subs is a great chain with tasty options. I always go with the smokehouse brisket and a healthy slather of hot sauce. This location did not disappoint. Customer service was solid as well. The restaurant was clean, and there was a solid mix of sports on the televisions. All in all, really good experience.

When I walked into Firehouse Subs, I was greeted by most of the staff, with "Welcome to Firehouse!" The guy at the register who took my order was really friendly and pleasant. I ordered the New Yorker and it was perfectly put together. Will be going back to this location.
